SaltDNA CEO will be attending the IBA as part of a Panel Discussion
SaltDNA are pleased to announce that CEO, Joe Boyle will be sitting on a panel at the London IBA discussing the subject of, "Data Security and Crisis Management: New Technology - same old problems?". This discussion will be taking place at the IBA 2nd Annual Group Members' Leadership for Women Partners on the 8th March 2017. The panel will address the key issues within legal industry with special focus on cyber security and data security. This panel will include a number of industry experts and will be hosted by Ffion Flockhart, a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright.
This session will reflect on the lessons can be learned from recent examples of cyber security breaches and what new threats might lie around the corner. It will consider what law firms should do in the event of a cyber security breach and provide examples of both good and bad practice.
"Hacking scandals in the legal industry over the last 12-15 months has promoted cyber security to top priority for many law firms. Being asked to take part in this panel discussion is an excellent opportunity to share some of the knowledge we've gained in helping legal customers about legal cybersecurity," said Joe Boyle, CEO at SaltDNA. "With client information the target of many recent cyber attacks, firms must adopt new, robust methods of communications to protect their clients, as well as their own reputation. The threats are only increasing - so sessions like these are critical to building competence within larger law firms and enabling solution providers, like SaltDNA, to interface with top legal firms"
This panel discussion will be taking place on Wednesday 8th March 2017 at 11:45AM, and will be held at Travers Smith in London. For more information about the event, or or to avail of a free trial of the SaltMobile and SaltDesktop solution contact our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
